We highly encourage family members to be involved in their loved one’s care. We offer group
and family therapy sessions with patients, to support healthy communication, skill-building, and
psychoeducation. We also offer separate psychoeducational sessions and resources to families that may not require the patient to be present.
As long as your loved one consents, we also allow phone calls and visitation in addition to the family therapy sessions.
The road to recovery can be long and difficult, but it’s so much easier for patients when they know their family believes in them.
